Zenisk Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd (“Zenisk”, “we”, “us”) is an insurance broker registered with IRDAI under licence number 1010. This policy applies to information processed through our website, ZenX portals, email, telephone, and insurance servicing activities.
2. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact information, including name, address, email, and telephone number.
- KYC, financial, health, vehicle, business, nominee, and family information required for insurance advice, quotation, underwriting, policy servicing, or claims.
- Policy, premium, insurer response, claim, renewal, and communication records.
- Account, authentication, device, security, and website usage information.
3. Why we use information
We process information to understand insurance needs, obtain and compare insurer quotations, complete KYC and underwriting requirements, arrange and service policies, assist with claims and renewals, communicate with clients and insurers, maintain audit records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. How information may be shared
Information may be shared, as necessary, with insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, surveyors, medical providers, KYC and document-processing providers, communication and cloud service providers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, and professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Sensitive documents
Insurance transactions may require documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST registration, medical records, vehicle registration, previous policies, invoices, and bank or claim documents. Please provide these only through authorised Zenisk channels and only when required for a stated insurance purpose.
6. Security and retention
We use access controls, authentication, encrypted transmission, protected storage, role-based permissions, audit records, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Information is retained for as long as necessary for insurance servicing, claims, legal, regulatory, audit, security, and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and regulatory record-keeping requirements, you may request access, correction, updating, or erasure of personal data; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; or raise a grievance about data handling. Withdrawal may affect our ability to provide an insurance service that requires the relevant information.
