1. Acceptance
By using this website or a Zenisk portal, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
2. Nature of our service
Zenisk is an IRDAI-registered insurance broker. We help clients understand risks, obtain and compare insurer quotations, arrange insurance, support policy servicing, and coordinate claims assistance. Insurance coverage is provided by the issuing insurer and is governed by the insurer's proposal, policy schedule, wording, endorsements, and applicable law.
3. Information and quotations
Website information is general and does not itself create insurance coverage. Quotations are subject to insurer underwriting, verification, validity periods, payment, documentation, and final acceptance. Premiums, terms, and availability may change before policy issuance.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate information relevant to the risk.
- Review proposal forms, comparisons, policy schedules, wordings, exclusions, deductibles, and declarations before acceptance.
- Keep login credentials and OTPs confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use.
- Upload only documents you are authorised to provide and that are relevant to the insurance transaction.
5. Digital accounts
We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, maintain security, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Portal records are intended to assist servicing; the insurer-issued policy remains the authoritative coverage document.
6. Intellectual property
The Zenisk name, branding, website content, ZenX software, comparisons, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished, reverse-engineered, or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.
7. Third-party services
Links to insurer, regulator, payment, map, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability and liability
We seek to keep digital services accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures, third-party outages, or security events may interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Zenisk is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website unavailability or reliance on general website content.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable grievance and dispute-resolution rights, courts with jurisdiction in Odisha will have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to query@zenisk.in.
